We offer you a used Japanese complete line for making pancake, sandwich pancake and Dorayaki. Pancakes that are made from flour, eggs, milk, sugar and baking powder are loved all over the world. MASDAC has released a new entry model line that can produce Single pancakes at a reasonable price. Corresponding to the various products, such as Butter milk pancakes, Scotch pancakes, Pikelets, Hot cakes and blinis, the entry model can bake single pancakes starting from a minimum of 70 mm (2.8 inches) up to a maximum of 140 mm (5.7 inches). The product capacity will be up to 4,800 pieces per hour.
The pancake machine has a compatible modular build structure, you can add an option in accordance with each product or extend the single pancake module with a sandwich machine module to make Sandwich pancakes and Dorayaki with a lot of filling as well. The capacity of the lines will greatly depend on the baking time and recipe of the products. The baking time is adjustable from 85 seconds to 360 seconds and the capacities mentioned are examples, other capacities can be discussed.
The ‘Heat Stamp’ module is the first add-on module that can be purchased and installed separately and will give the option to individualize your products with a custom design branded directly onto each single pancake. And the ‘Filling and Sandwich’ module is the last add-on module that will complete the line and turn it into Sandwich pancake machine / line and a traditional Dorayaki machine / line that can produce cream filled Sandwich pancakes and Dorayaki with a diameter ranging from Ø65mm to Ø95mm and a maximum capacity of 2.400 sandwich pancakes per hour!
