Roasting oven:
Savings in electricity consumption with the help of modern thermal insulation and with the help of a special design of heat exchangers that provide uniform returns and uniform distribution of heat over the entire area of ​​the furnace.
The uniformity of roasting inside the layer is ensured by the variable direction of blowing the product with hot air from bottom to top in the first zone, from top to bottom in the second zone, and so on by zones, depending on the oven model.
The product is fed onto a conveyor belt (stainless steel mesh) automatically. Removal of products from the conveyor belt also occurs in automatic mode, which allows you to fully automate the drying process.
The conveyor belt is cleaned automatically by the belt cleaning system. The belt cleaning system has an independent drive.
A system for uniform product leveling has been installed.

Terms of Reference: An oven for drying extruded corn products.
Purpose: Removal of moisture inside the extrusion product.
Production capacity at the exit from the furnace: not less than 300 kg/h when moisture inside the product is removed from 14÷16% at the entrance to the furnace to 2.5÷5% at the exit from the furnace. The performance is controlled by inverters that control the speed of the conveyor belts inside the oven.
The volumetric weight of the product for drying is 90-110 kg/cubic meter.
The air temperature in the working area (contact with the product) is 250 ºС.
The outer surfaces of the oven and adjacent air ducts are properly insulated.
The temperature of the external surfaces does not exceed 45 °C.

Special mesh of the conveyor belt, made of stainless steel AISI 304 and preventing the product (balls with a diameter of 10 mm) from spilling through it. Conveyor belt mesh width - 1080 mm.
Width, weave type and mesh spacing must match the sketch in the application.
The oven must have a cleaning system for each conveyor belt in the form of a counter and a tray for collecting waste from the brush.
All trays must be quickly accessible for cleaning.
Technological hatches in front and behind the furnace must be hinged and open without the need for keys.
In the lower part, under the lower belt in the belt return zone, there should be a tray for quick cleaning of small crumbs of the product that wakes up through the belts.
In the product loading section, the oven must have a device (leveler) to evenly distribute the product across the entire width of the conveyor.
The spreader must be made in the form of an auger (a spiral with coils directed in opposite directions from the center).
The oven must be equipped with doors on both sides.
Doors should open in pairs to meet each other.
The maximum door width must not exceed 60 cm.
The equipment provides for an automatic mode of operation with a minimum number of service personnel (technological personnel no more than 1 person per shift).

We do commissioning, the price includes this for 4 engineers for 7 days. During the commissioning period and in case of repair or replacement, all costs for transport, accommodation of the manufacturer's technician / s are paid by the buyer additionally.

Warranty 1 year. The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the date of start-up of the equipment, with the exception of electrical, electronic and parts subject to normal wear and tear. The equipment is voided from the warranty if it is not used for its intended purpose.
