The secret of success in business with such snacks lies in the original recipes and packaging. For a golden color, they need to be scalded with boiling water before baking, like taralli. The snake shape snacks are made from a strip of dough. The dough is loaded from the top of the machine, it passes through the cutting knives. Cutting along the length is done automatically by a knife fixed in the machine. Forming and laying out on a baking sheet also takes place manually, this requires up to 4 people.
Packaging can be very different, including paper, blister, box or flow pack. We supply not only the machine but also the full line (from the flour sifter to the palletizer). All surfaces in contact with the dough are made of INOX stainless steel or Teflon. The output of finished products can reach the speed of 50kg/hour. The matrix is easily interchangeable and removed by two rotating handles.
