Principle of operation:
The motorized infeed conveyor ensures continuous and optimal dough loading. Maximum accuracy of the weight of sliced dough pieces thanks to three calibration cylinders. Can work on any type of dough with moisture content up to 75%. Equipped with two stainless steel flour dusters with flour tray, independently driven, for use according to your needs choose when you want to flour the dough pieces. The teflon-coated knives cut dough pieces perfectly, and the rotating the ejector mounted on the knives positions and aligns the pieces of dough. The dough divider is designed and engineered using more innovative solutions and the best attention to detail, finish, functionality and durability.
