I offer you a new automatic filling and packaging machine for packing rice cakes. According to the customer's request, we develop this machine with a complete servo system. This property allows us to produce packages of different lengths without mechanical adjustments of the equipment and without changing the feed conveyor chain. The machine is equipped with a photocell, which enables users to use printed or unprinted packaging materials for product packaging.
Due to the presence of a photocell, it is possible to cut the packaging material from the mark where it is necessary to cut off the packaging material. The machine is controlled by a PLC electronic control system through a color touch screen control panel. All operating parameters on the equipment, including the heating temperature of the sealing jaws, the speed, the dimensions of the package to be packed, etc. easily controlled by this control system. There are no extra buttons on the equipment, except for the emergency stop button of the machine. The equipment control panel is very simple and convenient to operate. On it you can set French, Russian, English or any other language according to customer's request.
The Model 1000 Horizontal Envelope Wrapper performs x-fold packing of products such as biscuits, rice or cornbreads, crackers, wafers, etc. Product stacks are formed by hand and laid out on a continuously moving loading conveyor. We can also offer packaging solutions with automatic and semi-automatic product feeding. The loader conveyor is designed for laying out stacks of biscuits and their subsequent automatic transfer to a packaging machine. The loading conveyor consists of a chain stacking conveyor with pusher spokes and a device for automatically transferring the stacked stacks under the pushers of the loading conveyor of the packaging machine.
Next, stacks of products, stacked on the edge, fall into the packaging unit of the machine. Passing through the mechanisms of the packaging machine, stacks of products are packed in a heat-sealable film, while first a longitudinal seam is formed, then the side edges of the package are bent at the transverse welding unit and the package with the product is sealed. On this conveyor, when the package with the product moves along the adjustable sides, the transverse seams are bent on the package, then with the help of heaters, the side edges are seated and welded to the body of the package, thus forming flat side edges. The main advantages of the machine are: excellent appearance of bags, tight bags with good sealing, heat radiation protection, easy operation and low maintenance costs.
