Our Italian company offers you a new mozzarella cheese melting-pulling machine. The performance of this equipment 450-600 kg/h, single load 150 kg. I would like to draw your attention to an important feature of our steam melting machines: they are standard equipped with two augers with independent motors. Rotation speed and direction of rotation can be adjusted independently for each auger, this means that the augers can rotate:
- in the same direction at the same speed;
- in the same direction, but at different speeds;
- in the opposite direction at the same speed;
- in the opposite direction at different speeds.
This unique feature greatly improves the processing time of mixing ingredients, the degree of stretching of the cheese and the resulting improves the quality of the final product, its structure and performance. Steam cooking, kneading and stretching machines can be used for the production of any type of cheese of the “pasta filata” group, such as mozzarella, suluguni, pizza cheese, etc. from 100% clot fresh or frozen or by mixing dry ingredients.
In the offer, in addition to the steam cooking and kneading machine, as an option, you will see a special extruder. Usually buy it along with the melter. It is a system for transporting the cheese mass from the melting machine, after the work cycle the melter is completed, and the feed to the molding machine. It also acts as a guardian allowing the melter to be released immediately for the next batch of work, since its hopper is able to accommodate the entire amount of cheese (150 kg) prepared by the melter. This allows to achieve a certain continuity of the production process. And also the extruder has a heating jacket, which prevents cheese from cooling, guaranteeing better shaping results.
After we have obtained a stretched cheese mass, we must form it. This step is not included in the proposal because when ordering, you will need to specify the molding machine, the size and shape of the cheese. But keep in mind that we can supply equipment for this phase of production. There are different options depending on the format of the final product (for example: mozzarella balls of different weights, cylindrical and parallelepiped blocks pizza cheese, sticks, pigtails, washers and others).

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the date of start-up of the equipment, for except for electrical, electronic and parts subject to normal wear and tear. Equipment voided from warranty if used not on purpose. In the event of a repair or replacement, all costs for transport, accommodation of the manufacturer's technician/s are paid by the buyer.
Installation is optional, not included in the price. Shipping time is approximately 3-4 months.
