Grain is poured, we turn on running water and the first machine. It turns over and moves the grain to the exit with a rotational movement. Then the grain falls into the second machine - this is a centrifuge. It separates grain from water.
Unloading already clean grain is carried out from one chute (grain falls into a basket or box), and water flows out from another gutters, it's simple. All machines are controlled by one person. If you are planning right now use grain, for example for subsequent soaking in a container, for the production of then exploded bread or chips, then you do not need to dry it additionally. Use a moisture meter to measure the % moisture content and add more water to bring moisture back up to normal. If, in addition to washing the grain, you want to sort it
from large debris or spoiled grains, then you need to use an optical separator before washing.
