The secret of success in this business lies in the original recipe and packaging. You can make snacks of all kinds and shapes, molded from a strip of dough. Cutting off the length of finished products is done automatically. The dough cutter can be made electrically controlled, it can be programmed via a timer for continuous work. Before starting the equipment, various parameters of the finished product are adjusted, and then the machine does everything automatically. Supplied as standard with an adjustable sheeter to even out the thickness of the dough inlet as it is fed into the die for slicing. Laying out and finishing forms are done manually.

Unlike the 25, the 25 L is equipped with:

die with 73 mm diameter rollers (instead of 40 mm) to facilitate the passage of several types of test. 1900 mm exit conveyor to be able to make more cuts before the machine stops during unloading. Roller conveyor for loading at 900 mm. The dough former is equipped with a scraper and is inserted from the back of the machine.
The cutting device is equipped with an independent motor.

Packaging can be very different, including paper, blister, box or flow pack. Supplied as a snack moulder only, as well as the entire line (from dough mixer and up to the palletizer on a pallet). All surfaces in contact with the dough are made of INOX stainless steel or Teflon. output finished products can reach speeds up to 70kg/hour. The matrix is ​​easily interchangeable, removed by two rotating handles.
