With our German chocolate coating machine, it is possible to enrob various confectionery products with chocolate or other glaze, completely or so much on one side. The 120 mm enrober has a capacity of 15 kg and will be supplied as a simple table top model. The standard model is equipped with a removable 1m outfeed conveyor to cool finished goods on paper. This is the minimum budget option for beginners.
Confectionery of all kinds and cakes up to about 5 cm high, as well as cream cheese, for example, can be coated with chocolate, fondant, powdered sugar or simply icing. The machine usually runs at a belt speed of 0.5 to 2 meters per minute, the belt speed is adjustable.

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the date of start-up of the equipment, with the exception of electrical, electronic and parts subject to normal wear and tear. The equipment is voided from the warranty if it is not used for its intended purpose. In the event of a repair or replacement, all costs for transport, accommodation of the manufacturer's technician/s are paid by the buyer.
