According to the machine used (8 models available), you can get different weights (see table). The production speed is at least 960 pieces/hour and no more than 3240 pieces/hour. The machine is equipped with a stainless steel loading hopper, different sizes are available with various loading possibilities test at the request of the customer: for 30, 50, 120, 200 kg. The bunker from above is closed by a transparent protective cover. The main advantage of the proposed divider-rounder is that, unlike sector dividers, you do not need to accurately weigh the dough piece.

You are just overloading dough from the mixer bowl to the dough divider hopper, the rest happens automatically. The regulation of the mass of the workpiece is carried out by changing stroke speed using the control panel. The machine has a digital counter for the number of blanks, it can be programmed and automatically stop. The change in weight at dough production speed is electronically controlled by two inverters, with simple controls for easy adjustments. The food recirculation and lubrication system is equipped with a floating sensor and a filter, which guarantees the constant good operation of the equipment. The machine has wheels for easy movement and a waste collection tray. The conveyor belt at the exit is adjustable in height and for the convenience of combining work with other machines, it feeds the rounded dough to the exit along the oblique guide.

Warranty: the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 24 months from the date of start-up of the equipment, with the exception of electrical, electronic and parts subject to normal wear and tear. The equipment is voided from the warranty if it is not used for its intended purpose. When repair or replacement, all costs for transport, accommodation of the manufacturer's technician/s are paid by the buyer.

Installation is optional, not included in the price. Shipping time is approximately 30 days.
