Thanks to the simple and proven mechanics and electronic control panel, made with the latest technology, this machine is very simple and practical in use. To keep the machine clean at all times, the mixing tank, screw conveyor, mixing arm and casing made of AISI stainless steel 304; in addition, cleaning the machine is also simplified by the fact that there are no holes in it through which leftover dough might have gotten in. To ensure the safety of the operator, all parts machines that present a potential hazard are equipped with protection systems in accordance with legislation.
