Our Italian company produces an automatic crispbread machine with sprinkling of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, salt, herbs, or spices. In this model you just need to load already rolled out dough, then the machine will cut and spread the crispbread on baking sheets. In a more expensive model, the machine already has a dough pre-rolling and lamination unit.
This is machine for the rye bread/crispbread production such as FINNCRISP or RYVITA. Before starting the equipment, various parameters of the finished product are adjusted, and then the operator puts the laminated dough into the loading conveyor and the dough is cut. The secret of success in this business lies in the original recipe. Packaging can be very different, including paper, blister, box or flow pack. The machine is supplied as well as the entire line (from dough mixer to palletizer). All surfaces in contact with the dough are made of INOX stainless steel or Teflon.
The output of finished products can reach the speed of 50kg/hour. The tension of the dough is regulated by a speed variator. The lever allows you to change the product length even if the machine is running. The machine is suitable for working with both soft and hard dough, and loading crispbreads on baking sheets. The thickness of the dough is displayed numerically on the display, for easy reading.

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the date of start-up of the equipment, with the exception of electrical, electronic, and parts subject to normal wear and tear. The equipment is voided from the warranty if it is not used for its intended purpose. In case of repair or replacement, all costs for transport, and accommodation of the manufacturer's equipment are paid by the buyer.
Installation is optional, and not included in the price.
Options: in addition to the mold installed on the machine (specified at the time of ordering), other dies can be made for different types and diameters of breadsticks 4-12 mm. A standard order includes one form.
