Multifunctional new Italian machine for the production of bread. Formed dough in the form of a strip, spread on a roller conveyor from above. We use the usual dough wheat. We push the dough into the rolling rollers and then everything is done automatically.
We set up in advance on the screen the period of cutting with a knife. Dough cutting is carried out automatically (transverse segment of the formed strips for future crispbreads).
All surfaces in contact with the dough in INOX stainless steel or
teflon. The output of finished products can reach the speed of 50 kg/h. Matrix easy interchangeable, removed by two twisting handles. Let me remind you that this shaper makes the basis for the loaves - strips of dough, and then you manually lay them out on baking sheets and sprinkle with bran or seeds.
The secret of success in this business lies in the original recipe and packaging. Package can be very different, including paper, blister, box or flow pack. The molder itself is supplied as well as the entire line (from the flour sifter to palletizer on a pallet).
