We offer you a complete semi-automatic line, consisting of separate machines for the production of bruschetta or baguette chips up to 80 kg/h, depending on their diameter and thickness. If you already have something from this list, then it can be excluded. First, prepare the flour and knead it in a dough mixer, then make the dough through a molding machine. Distribute raw baguette blanks on baking trays on such lines need to be done manually. Put in a proofing chamber and then bake baguettes in a rotary oven. The same way layout for further drying on baking sheets, also by hand. After cooling down cut baguettes into bruschetta, arrange them on flat baking sheets, and once again dry until golden brown, then pack. Trays, scales and spare parts, can be bought in any country. More detailed technical information about each machine, on request. The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 12 months from the start date of the equipment, except for electrical, electronic, and parts subject to normal wear. Equipment is out of warranty if used inappropriately. In the event of a repair or replacement, all transport costs, and accommodation of the manufacturer's technician/s are paid by the buyer.
