Dividing operations are carried out hydraulic circuit pumped under pressure by a pump motor. The movement of the dividing gears is carried out by two hydraulic cylinders, which controlled by solenoid valves. The machine is equipped with a dough hopper 10 with a dosing system on the top rim, which prevents the possibility of excessive test loads. Then the dough passes into the weighing chamber 3, which the operator pre-programs with the handle 1. Excess dough after weighing goes back to the bunker.

The weighed dough is discharged onto the front of the discharge conveyor belt. Then it passes through the flour diffuser 4, connected to the power supply, through connector 7. The amount of sprayed flour is regulated on the body of the flour sifter. The provided remote control can be connected to socket 8 on/off control. Connector 9 provides for the possibility of connecting other individual blocks of the production line to the dough divider, functionally integrated with a dough divider (for example, a dough rounder). The height of the discharge conveyor in relation to the floor can be adjusted appropriate screws 6. In case of uneven flooring in the room, the machine is provided with adjustable footrests 11. Electric control of low voltage is located on the right side of the machine. The wiring system protects against power surges.

The OMEGA 3 produces 1 or 2 blanks for the entire working cycle, in which the weight of the dough can be set in the range from 50 to 500 g - in 2 pieces mode; and in the range from 150 to 1000 g - in the mode of 1 blank. To select the mode (1 or 2 blanks) with the machine turned off (!) use the lever on the front panel weighing chambers.

Options: there are many options for the divider, all on request.

Warranty: the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace all defective parts within 24 months from the date of start-up of the equipment, with the exception of electrical, electronic and parts subject to normal wear and tear. The equipment is voided from the warranty if it is not used for its intended purpose. When repair or replacement, all costs for transport, accommodation of the manufacturer's technician/s are paid by the buyer.

Installation is optional, not included in the price. Shipping time is approximately 30 days.
