We offer a new Italian combined machine for the production of semi-finished products stuffed ravioli 20 kg/h. The machine consists of a dough extruder with a special nozzle for the ravioli. The well-mixed tight dough is placed on top of the extruder. He squeezes out a sheet of dough. It needs to be directed and wound a little on a plastic rolling pin. Then the molder of ravioli with stuffing passes this sheet and hands spread them on plastic trays. Separate them manually. Then you can pack fresh, freeze, or deep-fry until tender. Ready can be immediately sold or cooled, to wrap up. Here's what this machine is made of:
